MANGO CHIPOTLE SAUCE
  • 2 mangos
  • 2 chipotle peppers (substitute: habanero peppers)
  • pinch of garlic
  • pinch of cayenne powder
  • 1 cup hot salsa
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  1. Hand squeeze mango juice into a bowl. In a food processor, mince peppers finely using pulse (be careful not to overprocess; alternatively, mince finely by hand using a knife).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat on medium-low heat for about 10-15 minutes to bring out combined flavor.
