CHIPOTLE APPLE MARINADE
  • 1 small Can of Apple juice
  • 2 Chipotle peppers -- (dried or canned)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic -- (Large cloves)
  • 2 Tablespoons Jalapeno Jelly
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Ancho chile Powder
  • Freshly ground pepper

    1. Put everything in a blender until its a smooth paste
