SPICY CLAMS
  • 50 1 inch clams
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 3 tablesoon chopped jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Lime Butter:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
    1. Melt butter and add lime juice.

    2. Rinse clams and drain.

    3. In large sauté pan with lid bring remaining ingredients to a boil.

    4. Add clams and cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until clams open.

    5. Serve with lime butter
