BEAR LOAF
2 lb ground bear meat
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 small can of mushrooms
Preheat oven at 350 F
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Shape into a loaf
Put it into a 8 x 4 non stick loaf pan
Bake at 350 until done (about 1 hour)
Last 15 minutes of cooking smear bbq sauce on top of loaf
