| BAKED EMU BURGERS |

- Combine ground Emu, salt and pepper, mixing well.
- Shape into six patties and place in baking dish. Top each patty with a slice of onion.
- Combine soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and cheese in a saucepan. Heat and stir until cheese is melted.
- Pour sauce over hamburgers in baking dish. Bake at 300"F for 60 minutes.
- Serve each patty on a toasted, buttered bun half.
