DYNAMITE HOT SAUCE
  • 12 bird chiles (chiltepin or pequin) -- crushed
  • 3 tbsp ginger root -- freshly grated
  • 3 tbsp garlic -- freshly ground
  • 1 med onion -- diced
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp thyme -- freshly chopped
    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool, puree in a blender, and place in a small jar.

    KEEPS UP TO A YEAR IN THE REFRIDGERATOR

     
      BACK TO HOT SAUCE
