| CARIBBEAN HABANERO HOT SAUCE |
- 1 part onion
- 1 part tomato
- 1 part Habanero peppers
- 1 part orange juice, or substitute a mix of 2/3 orange juice to 1/3 lime juice
- Salt to taste.

- Mix everything in a blender. Adding juice slowly till desired thickness is aquired.
- Refrigerate for 24hrs and ready to serve.
