CARIBBEAN HABANERO HOT SAUCE
  • 1 part onion
  • 1 part tomato
  • 1 part Habanero peppers
  • 1 part orange juice, or substitute a mix of 2/3 orange juice to 1/3 lime juice
  • Salt to taste.
  1. Mix everything in a blender. Adding juice slowly till desired thickness is aquired.
  2. Refrigerate for 24hrs and ready to serve.
