COCOA HOT BOURBON BALLS(NO BAKE)
  • 1 c vanilla wafers, crushed fine
  • 1 c confectioners sugar
  • 1 c pecans, chopped
  • 2 Tbls cocoa
  • 2 Tbls light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c bourbon, rum or brandy
  • 2 tsp. chile powder
  • Granulated sugar
    1. Stir together crumbs, confectioners sugar, pecans and cocoa. Mix corn syrup and bourbon. Add to dry ingredients, mix well. With wet hands, shape into 1" balls.
    2. Roll in granulated sugar, nuts, coconut, or other user's choice* Store airtight in cool, dry place.
