HELL'S EGGS
For 10 large hard cooked eggs:
1 clove garlic
2 serrano chiles, seeded and minced
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp dried mustard powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp pure chile powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp chopped chives
Cut eggs in half
Scoop out the center yolk
Mash egg yolks with remaining ingredients (except chives).
Refill eggs. Sprinkle chives on top.
