HELL'S EGGS
  • For 10 large hard cooked eggs:
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 serrano chiles, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1/4 tsp pure chile powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
    1. Cut eggs in half
    2. Scoop out the center yolk
    3. Mash egg yolks with remaining ingredients (except chives).
    4. Refill eggs. Sprinkle chives on top.
