BAGNETTO PER ACCIUHE
  • Nice bunch of fresh Parsely chopped- (Flat leaf)
  • 1 Tablespoon Capers (small ones are the best)
  • 2 Salted Anchovies from a jar not a tin
  • 2 Habaneros
  • 1 Hardboiled Egg chopped
  • 2 small Gherkins
  • 1 clove Garlic (can use 2 or 3)
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 slices bread
  • oil to taste
  • Vinegar to taste
  • Salt and pepper (both freshly ground to taste)
    1. Blend all ingredients put into a shallow serving bowl or crock and add clean anchovy fillets from a jar and stir.
